New Contact Center Facility Opens in Beaverton, Oregon

March 2013

ATI secured a new site of approximately 8000 sq. ft. in Beaverton, Ore. to accommodate 90 additional customer service employees needed for their client’s projects. Hiring for the new positions begin in February 2013 bringing ATI overall employee count to approximately 300. All new jobs are customer service positions paying in excess of the state’s minimum wage. All full-time positions include a benefit package of insurance, sick leave, and vacation time.

Compliance Certifications

January 2013

After receiving certification for SSAE 16 (Type I) last September, ATI completed the additional audit process and was awarded final approval for SSAE 16 compliance (Type II).
