Another key ATI and IPS Client earns top J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Ranking

Clark Public Utilities has been named best utility for residential electric service among midsize electricity providers in the 11-state Western U.S. region by J.D. Power and Associates. The utility also scored fifth in the nation for residential customer satisfaction among utilities of all sizes. Clark earned five stars out of five in each ratings category: overall customer satisfaction, power quality and reliability, price and billing, and payment.

One of ATI's key clients, NW Natural (NYSE:NWN), earned the highest ranking among Western Regional utilities in the 2007 J.D. Power and Associates Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study(SM). The company also scored second highest in the nation among 58 participating gas-only and gas-and-electric utilities.
