IVR and Web-based Payment Program

We have internally developed automated self-service payment and information source for your company’s customers to utilize. Account information can be obtained and payments made (via credit card, checking, or savings account) through a fully integrated IVR or company website.

Loan Servicing Program

We also have Internally developed loan servicing program. This program provides all necessary disclosures and provides billing and other loan servicing functions including monthly summaries, control reports and auditing reports.
