Active TeleSource is seeking career-minded Customer Service Professionals to join our Team!
- One year of consecutive call center experience (utility experience a plus)
- Excellent attendance habits
- Experience navigating Customer Database or CRM software
- Experience with Premium customer service calls; approx. 10 calls per hour
- Experience and desire to work in a Team Environment
- We provide all additional database and computer training
- Drug screening is a condition of employment
Range of Hours:
- Training: 3wk classroom training
Training hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
- Regular Shift: schedules vary from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Sunday
