  • Minimum one year of customer service (call center experience a PLUS)
  • Excellent attendance habits
  • Must be comfortable learning and navigating computer databases, phone conversations or CRM software applications
  • Desire to work in a Team Environment and have strong empathy and communication skills to assist customers (we strive for quality over quantity to provide a positive customer experience)
  • We provide comprehensive, project specific, paid training as well as database and computer training (classroom setting and on the job training)
  • Drug screening is a condition of employment – our projects encompass regulated industries

Range of Hours:

  • Training: Regular business hours – Monday through Friday
  • Training Periods: Vary and are customized on positions being filled (supportive class environment and built for success)
  • We have multiple full-time (40 hours /week) scheduling options with occasional part-time or seasonal schedules
  • Specific schedules by position will posted in ads and discussed during the phone screens and interviews (majority of schedules fall within business hours of 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday)
