  • One year of consecutive call center experience (utility experience a plus)
  • Excellent attendance habits
  • Experience navigating Customer Database or CRM software
  • Experience with Premium customer service calls; approx. 10 calls per hour
  • Experience and desire to work in a Team Environment
  • We provide all additional database and computer training
  • Drug screening is a condition of employment

Range of Hours:

  • Training: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Training Periods: Vary from 2 – 6 weeks depending on position being filled
  • Regular Shift: All positions are full time (40 hours /week) and schedules are assigned within the business hours of 6am – 8pm, Monday through Friday. Some positions require occasional or rotating weekend hours
