2011 WOW Kids: 2011 was the third year that Active TeleSource adopted WOW (Winners on Wheels) Kids. This year our participation need doubled with ATI adopting over 20 needy kids to provide Christmas presents to.
December 2011:
Portland Sunshine Division Drive: 2011 marked a record donation from the ATI employees. In four weeks, we collected and donated over 800 pounds of clothing and food for the Portland Sunshine Division to clothe and feed people in need.
June 2011:
Wetlands Conservatory Partnership: Active TeleSource partnered with The Wetlands Conservancy to help preserve our valuable wetlands resources. We adopted Minthorn Springs which is adjacent to our office. Employees and their families volunteered to get dirty by picking up garbage and trimming back overgrowth, then enjoyed a Company provided BBQ.
April 2011:
North Marion Young Life: Active TeleSource continued our support for North Marion Young Life. Our donation aids in sending youths to church camp to grow in their faith.
April 2011:
Bridge to Brew Walk/Run: This event benefited ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) research. Over 20 Active TeleSource employees attended the walk to support finding a cure for the nerve cell disease.
December 2010:
WOW Kids: WOW (Winners on Wheels) is a non-profit scouting type organization for kids who use wheelchairs. It is a International Organization, based out of Fresno, California. The Oregon Circle was Founded in 1991.
Active TeleSource adopted 10 WOW (Winners on Wheels) kids for Christmas. The families of these children are paying such incredible medical bills, there is a risk they will not receive presents.
December 2010:
Portland Sunshine Division Drive: The Portland Police Sunshine Division is a non-profit emergency food relief organization.
Active TeleSource spent 6 weeks in November and December collecting food in barrels. Ultimately, we collected and donated 6 barrels of food/clothing to the Sunshine Division to help clothe and feed homeless or people in need.
October 2010:
2010 Portland Aids Walk: The 24th Annual AIDS Walk Portland, a 2.5 mile walk and rally, raises critical funds for HIV/AIDS prevention, education, advocacy and support services throughout the Portland Metropolitan area. Over the past 23 years, AIDS Walk has raised nearly $4.3 million to help prevent new HIV infections and care for those living with the virus.
Active TeleSource made a donation towards this year’s cause and 22 employees participated in the walk.
April 2010:
North Marion Young Life: A non-denominational Christian ministry that reaches out to adolescents through volunteers, staff, club meetings, and camps by building meaningful relationships , which introduce them to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith.
Active TeleSource made a donation to send youths to church camp.

Annie Ross House: Annie Ross House is an emergency shelter for homeless families with children. It is one of the few shelters in Oregon that allows homeless families to stay together, including mothers and fathers, daughters and sons of all ages.
Active TeleSource donated food, toys, and household items to Milwaukie’s Annie Ross House.
June 2009:
Homes For Our Troops: Homes for Our Troops, founded in 2004, is strongly committed to helping those who have selflessly given to their country and have returned home with serious disabilities and injuries. We assist severely injured servicemen and women and their immediate families by raising donations of money, building materials and professional labor and then coordinating the process of building a new home or adapting an existing home for handicapped accessibility.
Active TeleSource made a donation to Homes For Our Troops that helped homes to be custom built for Military members who were injured during their service.
April 2009:
North Clackamas Baseball: Active TeleSource supported the North Clackamas Midget Federal baseball team by making a donation that helped supply uniforms, jackets and equipment for the team.
